Cancellation and returns policy

Cancellation of booked workshops and Day Retreats

Payment is required in full at time of booking for all in-person and on-line training courses / retreats/ workshops

Our policy is: we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds once your workshop, training or retreat has been booked. This is due to the limited number of places available at these events. This also applies to payment plans and we request the payment plan is completed to full payment .

Your workshop/retreat/training course is non-transferrable.

In exceptional circumstances up to 2 weeks before retreat/training/workshop date, we offer 75% refund at our discretion for cancelled places but no refunds at all are offered if a place is cancelled within 2 weeks of the date of retreat/training/workshop..

Contact me within: 5 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 7 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Singing bowl Treatments in the healing studio

Treatments are available by booking directly with Ali at the studio

Appointment cancellations/rescheduling are not accepted if made within 72 hours of the booked appointment and will be subject to payment in full of treatment price

Cancellations made with more than 72 hours notice will not be charged.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for exchange for treatment(s) or against the purchase of singing bowls/instruments and retreats . They are non-transferable.

Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from date of purchase and must be used within that period or forfeited
